As a holistic therapy Reiki aides in lowering your stress level, thereby, helping in your healing process, relieving daily stress, insomnia, PTSD, chronic pain to name a few areas. Reiki is a noninvasive non-manipulative, gentle hands on or hands off therapy. It works with all other forms of therapy and treatment. Students will earn a certificate of completion at the end of the training. A student manual is provided. Please bring a notebook for notes.
Making a Flower Pressed Booklet

In this class you will create a flower press that will hold beautiful blooms from your gardens. You will learn how to press floweres properly and we will decorate the cover for that personal touch. All materials supplied by instructor.
Microsoft Word Level I

Learn to use MS Word to create, revise, and save documents for printing, sharing, and later use. This course will cover planning, formatting, editing, and inserting pictures as well as additional capabilities of the software based on student interest. Must have basic computer skills.
Card Making - Stamp a Stack session II

Students will create five different assorted sentiment cards with materials ready for you to stamp and assemble. Work your way through each station at your own pace, creating two of each for a total of 10 cards with envelopes.
